Description: Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Locum Tenens)Location: IRG-BOFF Clinic, 5900 Boymel Dr, Fairfield, OH 45014Contract Length: 11 Weeks (June 16, 2025 August 31, 2025)Employment Type: Travel / Locum TenensShift: 8-Hour Day ShiftsGuaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (expectation up to 40 hours/week)Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient therapy team on a locum tenens basis in Fairfield, Ohio. This 11-week contract is designed to provide coverage at a well-established orthopedic and sports medicine clinic. The role focuses on post-operative patients and includes a mix of orthopedic and sports rehab caseloads.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, with a strong emphasis on post-operative and sports injury rehabilitationDevelop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practicesManage a productivity expectation of 60 visits/week, with 1214 patients/dayDouble-booking of follow-up visits is expected for optimal patient flowCollaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive careMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic standardsRequirements:Active Physical Therapist license in the state of OhioMinimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experienceExperience with post-op patients is requiredNew graduates will not be consideredFirst-time travelers are welcome to applyMust be able to commit to full duration of the assignmentAdditional Details:No on-call or weekend responsibilitiesNo floating to other clinicsOvertime must be pre-approved by the clinic directorThis is a travel assignment with daily OT after 24 hours and weekly OT after 40 hours, based on standard multiplierJoin a supportive and high-performing outpatient team while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic clinical environment.
