Summary The Payroll & Benefits Manager will oversee and process the organization's payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. They will also be responsible for coordinating benefits for the organization.
Essential Functions of the Job

Payroll
Manage the payroll email inbox which will include change of pay requests, payroll correction requests, and other payroll related email communications.
Support Director of Team Services in a clerical role related to data entry and running payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
Support Director of Team Services and communicate timecard issues, payroll discrepancies, and any other points of attention.
Assist in gathering information from multiple reports to analyze data and trends.
Compile and input data for various monthly and quarterly metrics reports.
Manage and execute quarterly payroll audits as directed by the Director of Team Services.
Practice and implement the highest level of confidentiality in all things employee and Team Services related.
Other duties as assigned.
Benefits
Assist in the communication of benefit details to eligible team members.
Field questions related to EDI communication between the payroll processing system and our benefits provider(s).
Answer benefit related questions for employees.
Process and keep track of FMLA and Short Term Disability requests.
Assist in planning and executing Open Enrollment tasks.
Processes Work and Life Events in ADP.
Practice and implement the highest level of confidentiality in all things employee and Team Services related.
Other duties as assigned.
