Farm Operator

About Us:

We are a family-owned and operated farm and feedlot committed to responsible agriculture and animal care. Our operation includes row crop farming and a medium-to-large-scale feedlot. We're looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team and grow with us.

Job Responsibilities:

Farm Duties:

• Operate tractors, combines, and other farm equipment during planting, cultivating, and harvesting

• Assist with irrigation setup and maintenance

• Perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs

• Help with general farm labor such as fencing, mowing, and shop work

Feedlot Duties:

• Monitor and care for cattle, including feeding, checking health, and sorting

• Operate feed trucks and loaders

• Maintain pens, bunks, and water systems

• Administer medications as directed and help with processing

Requirements:

• Experience with farm equipment and/or cattle is preferred but not required

• Valid driver s license (CDL a plus)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Must be dependable, honest, and able to work independently or as part of a team
