Description: Are you a dynamic and results-oriented HVAC RNC sales professional?
Pay Range: 4% commission on the sale amount of all RNC jobs!
We are seeking a highly motivated HVAC sales representative to join our team. As an HVAC sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our HVAC products and services.
Our ideal candidate has previous sales experience of 2-4 years of Residential New Construction sales!
Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
HVAC Sales Representative responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the HVAC industry, including contractors, builders, and property owners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to promote customer loyalty and repeat business
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as installation and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads.
- Maintain customer information updated in the CRM Program.
- Participate in training on the latest industry technologies.
- Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs.
