Hi there! This is Jason from ProTouch Medical.
We are in search of a Locum Surgical PA with a background in Cardiothoracic Surgery for Central Ohio.
The ideal Provider will be Board Certified in Surgery and have an active Ohio Medical License.
This Client offers competitive compensation for the right candidate. ProTouch covers all travel expenses & malpractice with tail coverage for all future shifts you accept.
Location: Central Ohio
Job Type: Locum / Contract
Schedule: Mostly 8 hr days during scheduled cases but taking call during the off hours and weekends.
Practice Details
:
- Call Schedule: nights and weekends
- Call Ratio: one in two or one in three
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: depends on the case load 2-3
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Trauma Level/Designation: I
- Supervising Physician Present During Assignment? (Please Explain): Yes; in the Operating room - surgeon
- Training or Experience Required (Will You Accept New Grads?): No
- Patient Age Demographic: (Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric): Adult
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 120 days

- Board Certified
- Ohio license, not accepting IMLC
- Covid Vaccinated
- Clean Background
