Description: -Board Certified, OH Licensed Cardiothoracic Surgeon -Sought to provide 10-14 days call coverage per month at a Level 2 Trauma Center in Western Ohio. -Average Number of Cases Per Day: 1-2 -Trauma Level/Designation: 2 -EPIC EMR -Scope of Services: Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery, CABG, Redo Coronary Revascularization, Heart Valve Repair/Replacement Surgery -60-90 day credentialing timeframe -Assignment through June 2025 with option to extend -Requirements include OH License or ability to obtain, BLS/ACLS, Board Certification, and Case Logs showing procedural competency.
