- Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm, 13-week assignment
- 32 units weekly patient productivity requirement
- Home health setting focusing on adult care
- EMR: HomeCare HomeBase
- Documentation completion required within 24 hours
- Home health experience required
- Business casual or scrubs dress code
- BLS certification required

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
