Estimated Pay Rate:
- Hourly Pay on 1099: $160 per hour
Schedule:
- 4.5 days per week
- Day Shifts
- Weekend Requirements:

- EMR: AthenaHealth (Experience highly preferred)
- Credentialing Time frame: 60-90 Days
- Services Available On-Site: Laboratory, Radiology
- Required Procedures: EKG Interpretation, I & D (Incision & Drainage), Suturing of Minor Lacerations, Employment Physicals, Diagnosis & Management of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems, Disability Exams
Requirements:
- License: NJ License required
- Board Certified: Internal Medicine/Family Medicine
- Certifications: BCBS Credentialing required
