Description: Start Date: 07-01-2025 End Date: Ongoing Provider Type: Advanced Practice Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Inpatient Patients Per Shift: 15 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: NA Minimum Board Certification: Certified What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in CA only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60-90 LOCUM- PA/NP General Surgery Surgical Assisting Preferred Work schedule will require 160 hours per month and the days and hours may vary. Clinic schedule days and hours may also vary but usually 8 hours per week. Provider fell through so we are looking for one more for coverage. Will try to get them started sooner than July if we can get a provider with a clean file that can be turned around quickly. ATLS required. Active CA license is required. |
