Facility:

This is a 71-bed regional hospital serving the healthcare needs of the local community and surrounding areas. The facility is a Level 4 trauma center that provides comprehensive medical services with 24-hour availability for laboratory, radiology, general surgery, and OR response time.

Opportunity: Board Certification Eligible - Hospitalist

This is a locum tenens position for an Internal Medicine Hospitalist with a flexible 7-on/7-off schedule. The position offers a balanced lifestyle with equal work and time off periods.

Job Details:

• 12-hour shifts plus call


• 15-20 patient encounters per shift


• Flex schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off


• Credentialing timeframe approximately 20 days


• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS


• Required skills include inpatient care with ICU coverage, ventilation management (acute and chronic), non-invasive ventilation management, PA catheter placement, and PICC line placement


• Preferred skills include intubation, chest tube placement, arterial line placement, and EKG interpretation


• Pediatric inpatient experience preferred but not required


• Long-term assignment with start date of 6/30/2025
