Description: Details:
- Dates of Coverage: January 2025 through June 2025, with potential for extension
- Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (7 days a week)
- No Call Required
- Full Travel Reimbursement: Flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage (at IRS standard rate)
- Supportive Team: Work with a local APP, as well as other cardiologists in the group
- Patient Volume: Average of 6 consults per day; rounding on 24 patients daily
- Documentation System: EPIC
Requirements:
- Board-certified cardiologist with current ACLS certification
- Michigan License (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with echocardiography, electrical cardioversions, and stress tests is preferred
Facility Overview:
- 348 Total Beds, including 30 ICU Beds
- Trauma Level II
- A busy facility with a primary focus on inpatient cardiology consults
- Patient Demographic: Primarily adult and geriatric patients, with complex cardiology needs
