NO trauma, NO cardiac, NO OB, NO open heads Number of cases: 5,200 annual case volume, 6 ORs Ages: Adults, Minimal Peds Additional information: Supervision model. Call is required (1:5). Beeper only. Physicians place all epidurals, blocks. No post call off. Expedited credentialing available with clean file. Guaranteed 8-hour day.
