Dentistry (DDS/DMD) Locum Tenens

• Work Dates Needed: June - 3 months
• Preferred Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (8 hour shifts) with one evening shift per week (10-7pm, and one Saturday per month. Or 4 days/week (9 hour shifts) Additional evenings or Saturdays may be scheduled based on vacation/CME coverage for the team
• Worksite Setting: Community health Center (FQHC) - average of 18 to 20 patients per 8 hours, average of 24 ppd in a 9 hour shift
• Scope of Work: General Dentistry- all ages
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA License, DDS or DMD
• EMR: eClinicalWorks Dental (eCW)
• Pay Rate Preferred: $125
