Gastroenterology Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology Physician for a dynamic practice located in Ephrata, PA. This facility provides comprehensive digestive health services and offers a collaborative and supportive environment. You ll be part of a team that is committed to patient care and excellence. The position involves both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with no clinic time required. The schedule operates Monday to Friday, with clinical needs from 7 AM to 5 PM, along with after-hours call duties.

• Provide high-quality care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform consultations, rounding, and other clinical duties as scheduled.
• Participate in after-hours phone consultations and beeper calls.
• Handle admissions and coordinate care for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
• Maintain accurate medical records using the Epic EMR system.

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
• Fellowship training is preferred, but not required.
• Hospital privileges required, temporary privileges are available.
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to respond to patient needs promptly during business hours.

• Active and unrestricted medical license.
• Current board certification is mandatory.
• Before starting, candidates must secure necessary hospital privileges.
