This is a direct hire position and ideal candidates who are interested in coastal living. 2+ years of recent Family Practice or Primary Care experience is required for this role as Advanced Practice Provider.
Pay Details:
- Pay Range: $131,000 - $151,000

- Direct Hire
- Location: Arcata, California
- Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited program
- Board certified or board eligible
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Valid DEA certificate
- Currently BLS certified
