A highly respected hospital system located in Newberg, Oregon is seeking a permanent Registered Nurse - RN - for their Medical Surgical unit. Enjoy top area pay, highly-tenured & collaborative staff, and city amenities all within close proximity!
Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical nursing skills for your unit
- Support ethical and care to endorse the values, rights, dignity and beliefs of everyone who our organization helps
- Must enjoy a fast-paced environment with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
- Collaborative team player with superior communication skills.
- Optimize outcomes by implementing, diagnosing, assessing and evaluating patient care
- Coordinate and lead groups, coordinate care, delegate, and work well with others as equal members of team
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License (prior to start)
- 1+ years of experience in acute care hospital setting
- BLS required
