August 11-15th, 18-22nd, 25-29th
Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays- 7am - 4pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays- 8am - 5pm
Requirements
WI license
Two years of experience in Family Medicine
DEA
BLS
Spanish is a plus
Board Certification
