Job Description:

River Point Rabun Community Church seeks a passionate and innovative Worship Pastor to lead and oversee all aspects of our worship ministry. In the scenic foothills of Clayton, Georgia, River Point Rabun is a thriving community committed to its Loving God, Loving People, and Serving the World mission. With a deep passion for disciple-making, we are eager to find a leader who will inspire, develop, and grow our worship ministry while attracting and multiplying talented musicians and worship leaders to elevate our worship services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for all facets of the worship ministry at River Point Rabun.


• Mentor and develop worship leaders and musicians to create impactful worship experiences.


• Attract and cultivate a team of musicians and worship leaders dedicated to excellence.


• Build a disciple-making culture within the worship ministry and the larger church body.

Education and Experience:

• A degree in Music, Worship Arts, Theology, or a related field is preferred but not required.


• Experience leading worship in a church setting with 150 or more attendees is highly desirable.
