Chuy's restaurant Assistant General Managers (AGMs) are hands-on, hardworking, fun-loving folks who ensure effective and smooth operations. AGM's help the general manager ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly including assisting the general manager with training, recruiting, promotions and planning. Restaurant Manager Qualifications:



  • Managers must be over 18 years of age.

  • At least 3-5 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience.

  • Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.

  • Results driven and team oriented.
