Description: Overview: Willow Valley Communities is hiring a Nail Technician to provide various nail care services, including natural, gel polish, and pedicures to Residents, Team Members, and guests of WVC. Opportunities with WVC: Tuition Reimbursement Scholarships Weekly Pay TM Events and Recognition Plus many more Wage: From $18.00/hr + based on experience Responsibilities: Assists in the development, promotion, and implementation of all services provided at the Day Spa at Willow Valley. Participates in health and wellness related educational workshops and promotional events for Residents and Team Members. Provides nail care services to clients of the Day Spa. Stays current with new applications and technology in this area to keep current and enhance services. Responsible for set up & cleanup for each client. Clean and sanitize all tools and work environment, understanding of sanitation standards. Abide by PA State Board of Cosmetology guidelines. Assists in answering telephones and scheduling appointments for all spa services and updates appointments as needed. Assists in maintaining daily bookkeeping duties as well as taking payment for services and products sold at the Day Spa. Assists with laundry duties at the Cultural Center. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills. Demonstrates strong organizational, time management, and planning skills. Attends team meetings and community meetings as necessary. Serves as a communication link to clients and potential clients of the Day Spa regarding questions, concerns, and/or complaints regarding nail care services. Maintains ethical behavior in accordance with Willow Valley Communities' guidelines and the Code of Ethics for Cosmetology. Qualifications: Current PA Cosmetology License or Nail Technician License Expertise in basic and advanced nail techniques, specifically gel polish Hours: 24 hours/week Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 7:30am-4:00pm Saturday 7:30am-2:00pm Location: The Cultural Center of Willow Valley Communities 900 Willow Valley Lakes Drive, Willow Street, PA 17584 Well111 |
