Position: Pharmacy Director |
Description: Seeking a licensed Pharmacist with at least 3 years of experience, including 1 year in management, to oversee pharmacy operations in a closed-door healthcare setting. Lead and develop pharmacy staff, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards (Joint Commission, DEA, FDA, EPA). Manage medication inventory, implement policies, and promote quality patient care and customer satisfaction. Maintain contact with medical and nursing staff to improve drug therapy processes.
