Description: The Cardiopulmonary Services Director is a dual role combining administrative leadership with hands-on clinical duties as a practicing Respiratory Therapist. Responsible for strategic management, operational oversight, and patient care in the cardiopulmonary department. Leads, mentors, and ensures high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and best practices. Requires an associate's in Respiratory Therapy (preferably a bachelor's), with 3+ years of clinical and 2+ years of leadership experience. Must hold a valid Idaho Respiratory Therapist license, with preferred RRT credential, and maintain certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
