The Supervisor Core Laboratory & QA oversees daily operations of Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Blood Bank labs, ensuring quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing QA and safety programs, investigating incidents, and serving on performance and safety committees. Supervises laboratory staff, develops policies, and ensures regulatory compliance. Requirements include a Bachelor's in clinical lab science, 4+ years in hospital labs, lab safety and QA experience, leadership skills, and a current California CLS license. Preferred certifications include MT(ASCP). Salary ranges from $71.59 to $107.39/hour. Must be able to work flexibly, with physical requirements including standing and lifting up to 20 lbs.
