Physician / Family Practice / Wisconsin / Locum or Permanent / Family Med Physician with Obstetrics

Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Core Faculty member with obstetrics experience to join our passionate team in southwest Wisconsin.




Highlights:

• Must have a strong interest in teaching
• Precept on average four to five half days per week in the residency clinic
• See your own patients in clinic two to three half days per week
• One half day per week of administration time
• Four-day work week (unless on call/delivering)
• Participate in mentoring and didactic activities
• Participate in educational activities such as simulation, procedural workshops, and other educational activities
• Participate in academic interests such as research as deemed necessary be the PD
• Participate in regular faculty meetings
• Participate in the Clinical Competency Committee (evaluating residents) and our Program Evaluation Committee
• Obstetrical call (q5-6), newborn and postpartum care
• Prior teaching experience and faculty development training are preferred but not required
