Job Purpose and Position Overview: The Employer Branding Specialist plays a key role in shaping how current and prospective employees perceive BigIron as an employer of choice. This individual will own and execute marketing initiatives that elevate our reputation in the talent marketplace, support talent acquisition efforts, and engage current employees with authentic, consistent storytelling across digital, social, and in-person platforms. Partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing, this role will create, manage, and measure employer brand campaigns that attract top talent, improve candidate experience, and reinforce employee pride and retention.
