Job Purpose and Position Overview:

The Employer Branding Specialist plays a key role in shaping how current and prospective employees perceive BigIron as an employer of choice. This individual will own and execute marketing initiatives that elevate our reputation in the talent marketplace, support talent acquisition efforts, and engage current employees with authentic, consistent storytelling across digital, social, and in-person platforms.

Partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing, this role will create, manage, and measure employer brand campaigns that attract top talent, improve candidate experience, and reinforce employee pride and retention. The Senior Employer Brand Specialist is both a strategist and hands-on creator, managing brand presence at recruiting events and owning recruitment-focused digital channels.

Job Functions:

  • Demonstrates commitment to BigIron s mission, vision, and core values

  • Develop and lead employer brand strategy that aligns with company values, DE&I goals, and recruiting needs

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create tailored messaging and campaigns for key roles or hard-to-fill markets

  • Own and manage BigIron s recruitment marketing efforts across digital channels including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and the Careers section of the website

  • Monitor and respond to candidate and employee reviews on employer reputation platforms in a tone aligned with our culture and brand voice

  • Create compelling recruitment-focused content (videos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes stories, day-in-the-life spotlights, etc.)

  • Represent BigIron at career fairs, campus recruiting events, and employer brand activations

  • Work cross-functionally to support onboarding and employee engagement campaigns with branded materials and messaging

  • Track campaign effectiveness, engagement, and applicant traffic using tools like Google Analytics and social media metrics

  • Stay current on industry trends and benchmark our efforts against best-in-class employer brands
