Description: This position is in Cargill s agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.

Shift Available: Day
Compensation: $30.00/hr-$37.00/hr depending on experience
Principal Accountabilities:
• Perform assigned lead activities • Operate equipment and technology tools throughout the production facility, backfilling prior areas as needed, utilizing a broad understanding of varied and multi-dimensional processes to perform required duties • Support others in learning operating procedures, provide input to peers and recommend changes to ensure clarity and effectiveness of guidance, including procedure documentation • Perform maintenance and lead troubleshooting efforts throughout the facility, making adjustments or instructing others necessary • Ensure recording of production and inventory activities by the team is entered into computerized systems • Operate mobile powered equipment (i.e forklift, skid loader, sit down floor sweeper, front end loader) • Understand and ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures, maintain a safe and clean work environment and control work pace and progress on assigned equipment and processes, requiring awareness of links with other process areas • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
• Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada • Must be 18 years or older • Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation. • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a respirator • Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) • Ability to operate machinery or industrial equipment • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) • Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advanced notice • May require a valid Canadian full class 5 driver s licence in good standing, authorizing you to drive independently during your employment
