Neurosurgeon Locums Job in Redding, California May and July 2025 Coverage
Details/Requirements:
Inpatient and trauma neurosurgery coverage, 24-hour call shifts
Schedule: May 23-29 and July 21-27, 2025; 7a-7a, 3-4 hour orientation
Average admissions: 3 per day
Must be Proficient In:
Head trauma surgical repair
Skull defect correction
Spine surgeries (or manage with backup)
Peripheral nerve injury management
Diagnostic imaging interpretation
Required: California license, Fluoroscopy Certificate, ACLS, DEA, Board Certification (or experienced BE), clean malpractice
Support: APPs for clinical tasks
Credentialing: 30-60 days, no privilege issues
