Description: APP Post Acute Care Opening in Washington Located in Lacey, WA - Olympia 5m, Tacoma 28m Full-time, Flexible Monday - Friday On-call during the day (M-F) Post Acute Care Inpatient Setting Deliver comprehensive primary care Manage acute and chronic conditions Develop personalized care plans Integrate and work closely with the IDT Partner and work collaboratively with physician Compensation & Benefits Full benefits including, health insurance, 401K, short/long term disability, flex time (PTO), dental, and vision Highly competitive base salary and uncapped bi-weekly bonus Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $140,000-$168,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage This position has full benefits and includes a $10,000 sign on bonus, after 2 years of full-time employment an additional $10,000 retention bonus will be given.
