Description:
- Dates: July 14- Ongoing need until Jan 15, 2026
- Schedule: M-F 8-5, with 1 in 6 weekend call coverage (24 hour beeper call), OT will apply after 40 hours per week
- Average 10-14 patients per shift
- 10 scheduled patients with 4 new consults per day
- 25% hematology, 75% oncology
- Trauma level 2
- Support Staff: 1 APC, 1 Clinic RN, 2 MAs, 1 Front Desk, 2 schedulers
- EMR: Epic/Beacon
- Certifications: BC required, Must be BC in hematology oncology, Fellowship preferred, WA license or IMLC
- 90 day credentialing
- No temp privs
