Description: Position: Irrigation Customer Specialist
Location: Kahului, HI
Pay: $25/hour
Experience: Prior customer service experience is required.Previous irrigation, plumbing, or construction sales experience is required.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm
Employers Options is seeking an Irrigation Customer Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Help the team achieve sales goals and generate new business.
- Enter all sales and orders into the system for follow-up, tracking, and financial reporting.
- Answer incoming phone calls, assist callers, or take messages.
- Communicate unexpected increases or decreases in product demand to the purchasing department.
- Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and promptly report any complaints.
- Assist with scheduled inventory counts.
- Utilize knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or construction sales to assist customers.
- Assist customers with product selection based on their needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
