Join our esteemed Anesthesia Team in Muskegon, Michigan!
We are seeking a dynamic full-time or part-time Physician to become a key member of a professional, friendly, and confident group. Our state-of-the-art facility is a designated Level 2 trauma center, equipped with 20 operating rooms, 5 heart and vascular rooms, and a range of services offering both complex and general surgical cases, from orthopedics to neurosurgery. There are also ample opportunities for anesthesia support in our full obstetrical practice.
Job Responsibilities: - Join a collaborative care team model while providing medical direction over CRNAs.
- Participate in general and complex cases including orthopedic, gynecology, ENT, and more.
- Enhance OR efficiency and quality of care through a Surgical Optimization Service.
- Utilize advanced regional techniques and perform basic peripheral nerve blocks.
- Share and rotate holidays/weekends to provide flexibility.
- Accept new graduate candidates.
- Not accepting visa candidates.
Qualifications: - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
- State interest in full-time or part-time employment.
- Proficiency in peripheral nerve blocks preferred.
Licenses and Certifications Required: - Active Michigan Medical License (or willingness to obtain).
- DEA Registration (or willingness to obtain).
- ACLS and BLS Certifications (or willingness to obtain).
