Senior Marketing Designer

The Senior Marketing Designer is a pivotal role within our creative team, responsible for guiding and motivating a team of talented Graphic Designers to deliver immersive and high-quality marketing assets. This role involves significant responsibility and offers the opportunity to drive the development of a strong team, leveraging your artistic and technical expertise.

This is a full-time, fully remote position, with the possibility to work from our Product Madness office in Gdańsk (al. Grunwaldzka 50).

  Maintain professionalism and deliver superior, professional designs.

  Expand skill sets through classes and mentoring.

  Assist in onboarding new team members and mentor lower-level designers.

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Extensive experience in a similar role within the marketing design field, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.

  Proven track record of leading design projects and teams.

  Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work.

  High proficiency in graphic design fundamentals.

  Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.
