Description: Pay range is based upon driving schedule. Semi Regional Driver (5 days out, 2 days home weekly) Guarantee Pay $900/minimum weekly Regional Driver (6 days out, home for 34 hour reset) Guarantee Pay $1,000/minimum weekly 14/2 Driver (14 days out, 2 days home consecutively) Guarantee Pay $1,200/minimum weekly The above schedules offered will be based upon your location. Pay: Base CPM plus assessorial pay included Stop off Pay - Additional $15 Safety Bonus - Additional .03/per mile Productivity bonus- Additional .03/per mile Drop/Hook- $5 each, totaling $10 Live Load/Live Unload - $20 each, totaling $40 Detention Pay- $20 per hour (after 1 hour of sitting) Break Down Pay- $20 per hour (instantaneously) Paid hourly additional when filing in for shuttle or spotting work Month Performance Bonus Weekly Guarantee Pay Program Yearly Longevity Bonus (paid at yearly anniversary) Qualifications/Requirements: - Active Class A CDL holder - 21 years of age - Good work history and driving record - Must be able to pass D.O.T. Physical and Hair Follicle Drug Screen - No DUI/DWI or any other alcohol/drug related conviction in the last 5 years - No license suspensions in the past 12 months - Experience is not needed. However, candidates with under 12+months of experience pulling 53ft dry van trailers will be required to complete our training program.
