Internal Medicine (IM) Nurse Practitioner (NP) needed in Allentown, PA.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that s committed to their patients and making a difference throughout Allentown, PA.

Salary and Benefits

• The salary range is based on experience ($106,852 - $150,351.49/year)




• Incentive Plan Annual Bonus up to 18% base salary




• Retention Bonuses - $10,000 each (after 1 and 2 years of full-time employment)

Responsibilities

• Monday Friday (8:00 am 5:00 pm)


• Educate patients on preventative care & prescribed treatments


• Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient s care plan


• Providing primary care to adult patients (18 years and older)


• Average 18-25 patients per day

Requirements

• Clear and active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania




• Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)


• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)


• Internal Medicine (IM) Nurse Practitioner (NP)




• Board Certified/Board Eligible in the state of Pennsylvania


• Minimum of 1 year experience required


• Diabetic management and overall wellness
