Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a Bariatrics Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our multidisciplinary team in Monroe, CT. You will play a key role in managing pre-operative assessments, post-operative care, and long-term weight management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations, including patient history, physical exams, and risk assessments.
- Manage post-operative care, including follow-ups, wound management, and patient counseling.
- Provide ongoing weight management consultations with a focus on patient education and support.
- Collaborate with the bariatric care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
Qualifications
Education: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.
Licensure: Active or eligible for Connecticut NP or PA licensure.
Experience:
- Preferred: 1-2 years in bariatrics, internal medicine, or related clinical fields.
- Open to new graduates with a keen interest in bariatric care and a strong clinical background.
