Description: SUBSTANCE ABUSE MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER Harlan, IA
Position Highlights:
Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedule with a 40-hour workweek, including options for a 4-day week (Thursday evenings and Fridays required)
Desirable Practice Setting: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with a supportive, multi-disciplinary behavioral health team
Ideal Work Environment: Mix of in-person and telehealth therapy for a diverse caseload (individual, couples, family, SUD therapy)
Culture & Support: Join a collaborative team with 5 office support staff, 3 med management providers, and 11 therapists
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary: $65K-$90K base salary with $10K hiring bonus
Quarterly Bonus Potential: Up to $16K in annual production bonuses

Qualifications:
Licensure: LMHC (LPC), LISW (LCSW), LMSW or LMFT (Provisional licenses accepted)
Skillset: Training or willingness to train in substance abuse therapy, experience with evidence-based therapy preferred
Experience: Open to all experience levels, strong communication and work ethic required
Sponsorship: Must hold an active Iowa license
