The Dietary Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the Dietary Department. Location: Waynesboro, GA The Responsibilities (not all inclusive): Staffing Managing a staff in proper food preparation and handling techniques Food ordering Food preparation Food delivery Clean-up The Requirements: High school diploma; Valid driver's license with no significant violations; Must meet all health requirements, including TB and drug screen; Must pass a criminal background check; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Dietary certification is preferred; Previous dietary experience in a long-term care setting required; Our focus on high-quality results creates a challenging, fast-paced and rewarding environment.
