Position: Clinical Psychologist |
Description: Position Overview We are actively seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality mental health services, particularly in our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program. You'll conduct evaluations, deliver therapeutic interventions, and play a key role in improving outcomes for individuals and families facing behavioral health challenges. Our multidisciplinary team of professionals-ranging from Psychiatrists and Therapists to administrative support staff-work collaboratively to create real, lasting impact in the lives of our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and psychological assessments
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services (in-person and via telehealth)
- Focus on behavioral health interventions for individuals and families
- Ensure full HIPAA compliance and maintain client confidentiality
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
Qualifications
Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
Licensed Psychologist in the state of Washington.
- Experience with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) (Required)
- Experience with children and families in a clinical setting.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and telehealth best practices
