Expected Hours of Work:



  • This position is full-time. The general scheduled workdays are Monday through Friday, plus overtime when required.


Position Overview:


The Commercial Service Manager will be based out of our Greenville headquarters. This position will coordinate all aspects of post-sale support with our commercial customers. This position will be working with our Commercial U-Line brand.







Responsibilities:


Field calls from consumers and dispatch 3rd party technical service customers to solve technical issues.



  • Develop and maintain a network of 3rd party technical service partners.

  • Support our internal service trainer.

  • Assist in managing service parts inventory and ensuring adequate supply.

  • Keep management well-informed about issues and problems.

  • Provide decisions regarding warranties for issues in the field and execute RMA processes as required.

  • Maintain customer service history in customer database.

  • Coordinate with Engineering and Quality Management regarding unsolved and recurring problems to ensure continuous process and product improvement.

  • Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and staff and outside servicers.

  • Required to travel up to 20% both domestically and internationally.









Requirements:


Qualifications:



  • Prior experience servicing commercial products is required.

  • Experience in customer service is essential.

  • Proficient in English; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and properly diagnose appliances and provide solutions to servicers



Working Conditions:



  • Office based and Engineering Lab

  • 8-hour shifts

  • Monday- Friday

  • Up to 20% Travel
