Description: Located in Rantoul, IL
Salary: $15.15-$16.65
We are currently seeking several machine operators across multiple shifts for a local company.

Responsibilities:
Some typical tasks performed may include a combination of the following:
- Monitor product and perform quality checks.
- Inspect and measure filters to verify conformance to specifications.
- Manually handler equipment and secure product in fixture OR automatic feeding device.
- Stop and start machine, engaged feed, and observe operations to detect malfunctions.
- Make minor adjustments or repairs such an opening and/or turning valves, setting guides, clearing away damaged product, and changing parts.
- Feed products to conveyors, hoppers or feeding devices or walking beam.
- Manage work in process inventories.
- Replenish raw and consumable materials such as boxes, pallets, cartons, glue, lubricants, ink or labels.
- Track and monitor production by recording and charting information such as the number of units of product, package or record/chart information such as size, weight, type or product, or type of production.
- Use computer for information, quality control, and data entry as needed.
Qualifications:
- Able to read & comprehend simple instructions
- Compile short correspondence, write simple correspondence
- Able to add, subtract, multiply & divide using whole number, common fractions & decimals, basic computer skills
