Job Details:
Start Date: May 2025
Duration: Ongoing, 6+ months
Schedule: Clinic: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
- Hospital: 7 AM - 4 PM
- Call: In-house and beeper call (4-5 patient calls on weekdays/month, 1 weekend/month)
Setting: Mix of inpatient and outpatient
Patient Volume: 19/day in clinic; inpatient varies
Types of Cases: General cardiology, including patient floor calls, hospital rounds, consults, and clinic visits
Support Team: 20 RNs, 18 MAs, 10 APPs
Charting System: EPIC
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
Job Requirements:
Certification: Board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, ABLS
Licensure: Valid Missouri or Interstate Medical License
