Description: Multiple Anesthesiologist needed near West Park, FL to start as soon as credentialed. Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days Types of cases: General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, bronchoscopy. No trauma and cardiac done by cardiac MD team Avg # of monthly cases: 1,800 Avg monthly OB Delivery: 325 EMR: Meditech Care Team Model: 25 CRNA; 19 MD Shifts: Monday - Friday either five 8 or or four 10 hour shifts. Approx 7a- 3pm 7a- 5pm; Weekends and call optional No Providers that worked at this site or affiliated site that is within 75 miles of this site Must have FL license Must be Board Certified Must have clean file and background Must have Full-time Open Availability $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
