Description: ¢ Prepare and post job ads online ¢ Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates ¢ Greet and assist interviewees onsite ¢ Coordinate travel for fly-in candidates ¢ Process background checks and pre-employment Drug test ¢ Maintain applicant tracking system database ¢ Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas) ¢ Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for Talent Acquisition group ¢ Maintain and report on monthly, quarterly and annual hiring plans ¢ Create and publish job ads in various portals ¢ Partner with Recruiting to help Screen resumes and job applications ¢ Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire ¢ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process ¢ Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings ¢ Perform other duties as assigned.
