CRNA job in Dunbar WV

• Schedule: Shift Details: able to work 5-8 s, 4 40,s 3 12 s 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p.W illing to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month each month.
• No Call or Holidays.
• Types of surgery General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center.
• Patient Population/Age: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient.
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
• Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other.
• Credentialing: 60 - 90 days.
• EMR: Cerner.
• $500 referral fee for anyone that works 30 shifts or more.
• $All inclusive hourly plus A rated malpractice insurance included.
