We do background checks and drug screening
Requirements:
- QuickBooks proficient
- Manage old accounts, open new accounts
- Knowledge of purchase order system
- Accounts receivables
- Check deposits
Responsibilities:
- Enter payables and analyze invoices
- Submit invoices for approval, issue payments, cut checks as needed
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Review and manage expense reports
- Complete and submit credit applications
- Review master contracts, update insurance certificates
- Collections
- Daily mail management
- Review & correct jobsite orders for accuracy
- Assist with prelims
- Manage credit card payments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
