Description: Hepburn and Sons is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Budget Analyst to join our team supporting PEO USC. The Budget Analyst will provide program management and strategic planning support across a program office through ownership and coordination of POM and PPBE processes. Deliver program management and strategic planning across PMS 321's POM and budgeting cycles Ensure coordination between top level stakeholders and budget/platform owners Ensure consistent messaging and logical processes are created and followed across many platforms, each with their own priorities You will use your expertise in Navy POM/PPBE to help PMS 321 build the best case for resources to support navy platforms and their sailors/marines Build and maintain essential relationships with direct clients and supporting commands Bachelor's degree in related field 5+ years Navy PPBE Experience with PBIS and its exhibits (PDOCS/RDOCS) Experience evaluating a programs' deficiencies Ability to pull together highly polished deliverables from dozens of stakeholder inputs Outstanding written and oral communication Secret clearance Proficient with Microsoft Suite Preferred: Project Management Project Management software (MS project, Kanban, etc) NAVSEA experience Background in military customs and communications Hepburn and Sons LLC provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics |
