Responsibilities


The Recruiting Intern provides administrative support to the Recruiting Process Manager and the Frontline Recruiting team, assisting with general applicant tracking system tasks, while maintaining a customer service mentality to support the field. This individual successfully handles multiple assignments, effectively communicates and demonstrates strong detail-orientation.


  • Assist the Recruiting Process Manager in all administrative functions as assigned, including, but not limited to:
    • Basic Applicant Tracking System Help Desk support.
    • Assisting with reporting, such as candidate source data and duplicate profile/duplicate position clean-up.
    • Auditing the recruiting workflow timeline from application to hire.

  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.



Qualifications


  • Maintain 3.0 cumulative GPA (4.0 scale)
  • Hours: Minimum of 20 hours per week during the Fall and Spring semesters and minimum 30 hours per week during the summer and school breaks
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
