Description: Human Resources Coordinator Leading food and manufacturing company Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mount Olive, NJ $55,000 - $60,000 per year We are seeking an HR Coordinator with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to join our team. Responsibilities include: Responding to internal and external HR inquiries Maintaining employees' records, both hard and digital copies Assisting with the recruitment process, including identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts Scheduling meetings, interviews, and HR events Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity Assisting with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices Supporting other assigned functions Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred 1-2 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential) Familiarity with Labor Law and employment equity regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Meticulous attention to detail Highly proficient in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools Preferred qualifications: Experience in the food or manufacturing industry Effective HR administration and people management skills |
