Whom Are We Looking For?






Oberg and Associates, LLC is looking for a curious, competitive, and highly motivated individual who is looking for growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and develop deep relationships with our candidates. The Search Assistant will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and maintaining Candidate relationships as needed by the O&A team. These candidates will be generated through direct phone calls and utilizing the company's digital platforms.






We enjoy highly competitive team players who thrive off winning and have a never-ending need to learn. This individual also needs to have a strong telephone presence and be comfortable in a sales-type environment. Training and Preparation:






You do not need to have industry experience to do well as a Search Assistant. O&A provides thorough training to get you up to speed so you can hit the ground running. We provide weekly training sessions and mentorships to ensure you have all the tools you need to become and remain successful in the recruiting industry.

Requirements:


A four-year college degree. (Or equivalent work experience)


Ability to work/maintain office hours (8:30 am-5:30 pm in our N. Dallas Location)
