Description:

Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies U.S.A., Inc. is offering summer internships for college students and recent graduates , with a position open in our Human Resources group. We offer a supportive, collaborative teaching environment to develop our Interns' skills and identify their career goals. This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience working for an industry-leading biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing organization.

Major Activities and Responsibilities:




The HR Intern will provide support in the following areas:



  • Posting and promotion of open positions and scheduling interviews.

  • Development of HR-related communications to employees

  • Coordination of employee events

  • Assist with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives

  • Filing and record-keeping for HR and Training department



Minimum Requirements:



  • Must have completed sophomore year of college. Recent college graduates will also be considered.

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, organizational/industrial psychology or related field. Recent graduates will also be considered.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, inslcuding Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Available to continue through Fall and Spring semesters on a full-time or part-time basis.


FDBU works with technical data, technology and materials that are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations. This position will require access to technical data, technology and source code that is controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations at 22 C.F.R. Parts 120 - 130 and Export Administration Regulations in 15 C.F.R. Part 730 - 774, as may be amended. To conform to these laws and regulations, applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents of the U.S., protected individuals as defined by 8 USC 1324(b)(a)(3) (i.e., asylees and refugees) or otherwise eligible for an export authorization from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.
